Whitney Martinez is a Managing Partner at Dynamic Strategies, with nearly two decades of experience in public policy, health care advocacy, and government relations. Whitney specializes in advancing strategic initiatives for Fortune 10 clients and public organizations, leveraging her expertise in stakeholder engagement, policy development, and community outreach.

 

As Orange County Regional Vice President for the Hospital Association of Southern California, Whitney led regional collaborations on health care policy and managed complex public information campaigns. She previously held leadership roles at the Orange County Health Care Agency and advised top policymakers on health and social services initiatives.

Whitney holds a BA in Political Science from Cal Poly Pomona and an MPA from Brandman University.
